We started using Psykometrika in 2013 and today we test all our candidates who apply for a job.
Even if Psykometrika can be used as a selection instrument, I think that it works at least as good
as a coaching tool for the recruiting manager. We get a very good picture of how the prospective
employee looks upon him- or herself. And that gives the manager a very good view how he or she will
approach and support the employee.
