Our aim is to drive development of knowledge in psychological measurement. Therefore Psykometrika
participate actively in the debate and research about psychometrics. Regularly we make a quality review
of our subtests, and gradually improve and develop our services. We want to offer the market the most
effective test battery that takes advantage of modern knowledge about what makes today's employees perform.
Currently our research mainly is about prejudice and "dark personality". As for "Dark Personality" at the present we collect data and currently we have no empirical results to report. When it comes to research on prejudices, however, we have a lot of interesting empirical results to report. Read more about this in our blog (Swedish).
Test constructor and scientific quality reviewer is Professor Bo Ekehammar. He has over 40 years of experience in test construction and is one of the leading researchers in the field. Moreover, he is highly active in the company.
Patrick Littorin has extensive experience as a recruitment and selection consultant at a strategic level. He has also written books on testing and recruitment, and has been the co-author of scientific articles about emotional intelligence. He has considerable experience of surveys and evaluations of management.
Professor of Psychology at Uppsala University for about 17 years. Has also been a professor of psychology at Stockholm University and professor of economic psychology and psychometrics at the Stockholm School of Economics. His previous positions also include being a board member in Assessio, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences and the Scientific Council in psychometrics at the National Board of Health and Welfare. His research has been primarily in personality and social psychology, and has since 2000 been more towards issues related to prejudice and stereotypes.
Trained Psychologist and Master of Business Administration with experience as an editor and co-owner of the Swedish newspaper “Affärsvärlden”. Since 1991 he has worked as a consultant, specialized in selection and recruitment. He is a lecturer and author of books about recruitment and testing. Patrick is also a co-author of internationally published articles in the area.
